do you ship from ?
The Diffusery, a
division of AromaStorm Inc., is
based in The United States and
ships from Westfield, Wisconsin
53964 USA.
Do you ship to (insert country here)?
The Diffusery
ships to the United States and to
Canada at this time. We hope to
add more countries soon.
How
much does it cost to ship to Canada ?
Shipping rates are
based on the products that you
order. Each of our products is
assigned a weight value and the
sum of these values is how we
come up with our shipping totals.
In most cases we utilize First
Class International when shipping
Canadian orders as it the most
economical. As First Class
International mail packages can
not weigh more than 4 lbs., your
order may need to ship in more
than one package. If shipping
charges exceed what you have paid
for shipping, we will contact you
for additional payment.
Duties/Taxes
?
Duties, taxes,
etc. are the responsibility of
the customer.
I
keep entering my credit card info and
it keeps getting rejected. Why ?
The Diffusery
accepts Visa, Mastercard and
Discover cards. It is my guess
that you are attempting to use
American Express which we do not
directly accept. However, if
during checkout you select Paypal
as your payment option, you can
pay through Paypal using American
Express.
I
didn't like a scent. Can I return it
?
Due to the
nature of our products, we do
not accept returns unless we
have shipped you the wrong
item. We will also allow
return in the event of a
damaged order. Please retain
the damaged merchandise for
carrier inspection and
shipment back to us. All
damage claims must be
received by us within 24
hours of receipt of package.
What
days do you ship on ?
We ship packages
Monday through Friday. We do not
ship on major holidays or on days
that the post office is closed or
that UPS does not pickup or
deliver.
Do
you do custom orders ?
We make every
effort to accommodate our
customers special requests. If
you need a special scent,
expedited shipping service, would
rather place your order by phone
or have another question about
customizing your order, please
feel free to contact us Via E-mail or via phone at
608-296-3355.
Can I
get (insert scent name here)?
We have access to
thousands and thousands of
scents. If you would like for us
to find your favorite scent from
our many scent manufacturers,
please Contact Us and we will do our
best to accommodate your needs.
Please note, that we do charge a
$5 special order fee for scents
we do not regularly stock.
Special order fees are
non-refundable.
